Fiona’s Green Chicken

We made this a few weeks ago from NomNomPaleo but I didn’t want to put the recipe here for Copyright reasons but I’ve noticed it is on the NomNomPaleo website, so I can share the link 🙂


This recipe is delicious and very easy to make.

We changed 2 things. 1 we substituted water for fish sauce only because we don’t have any fish sauce and I wasn’t sure how clean fish sauce was! Then we used chicken breast instead of thighs/drumsticks because Christopher has an aversion to chicken on the bone!

We served this with rice but you could have anything.

It freezes and reheats well too.

Christopher has suggested this would work well as a marinade for steak too.
