Thank god for endorphins!

After a vile day I have had a training session, which for 1 hr and 10 mins was a lovely, lovely distraction.

Unfortunately 10 mins of driving home and the weight of the world is back on my shoulders but at least for a small chunk of the day I could forget everything that had happened today.

Did some more of those Romanian deadlifts but this time with some dumbbells, dare I say it but I feel like I am getting the hang of them! They really hurt my legs though, but I think that probably means I’m on the right track.

Did some kettlebell rows. I find these exhausting, really hard work!

I feel tired and teary but at least I had 1 hr and 10 mins of focussing on me.

Tomorrow is another day.
