This recipe was more delicious than it had an right to be. Very tomatoey, very rich tasting sauce.
If you like your good with more zing you could add some fresh chillies. You could also add a variety of vegetables to bulk it out.
We’ve served it with rice, roasted sweet potatoes or quinoa. If you are eating clean rather than paleo you could eat with lentils, black beans or pinto beans.
This freezes and reheats well.
